In order to do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/courier companies such as Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express.
Delivery Timeline
While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.
Shipping Charges
Pan India: We provide free shipping across Gujarat Other than Gujarat Shipping charges will be Rs.50/- or depend on pin code of states….
· The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care at 79900-15992 or mail us at thebaisa.since1998@gmail.com mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Cancellation Policy
The Baisa reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post-confirmation, he/she should either call us at 79900-15992 or email us at thebaisa.since1998@gmail.com stating the ORDER No.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of The Baisai & the refund would only be in the form of a credit voucher code. You can email us at thebaisa.since1998@gmail.com for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.

Customized Products/Orders
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with the same. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.
